You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Its design, copy and other content belong to Roveyla Voyages or our licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
We aim to keep information accurate, but destinations, availability, inclusions and prices may change. Website content is general information and is not a confirmed travel offer.
3. Enquiries and proposals
An enquiry does not create a booking. Proposals remain subject to availability and may have a stated validity period. Please review names, dates, destinations, inclusions and exclusions carefully before confirming.
4. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and receive any required deposit. The balance, payment schedule and accepted payment methods will be shown in your proposal.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveller information. Changes caused by incorrect information may incur supplier fees.
5. Changes and cancellation
Requests to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing. Charges depend on timing, supplier conditions and costs already committed on your behalf. If we need to make a significant change, we will explain the available options as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and compliance with local laws. Comprehensive travel insurance should be arranged from the date your booking is confirmed.
Please disclose relevant medical, mobility or dietary requirements early enough for us to assess and arrange suitable services.
7. Liability
We exercise reasonable care when selecting and arranging travel services. Many services are provided by independent suppliers and are also subject to their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control or for indirect losses not foreseeable when the booking was made.
